Board not working!!

Hi there
I just receive my board two weeks ago,
The get started guide told me to use 5V D.C. to power the board
When I plug in the power to board, there's nothing happened, no HDMI display, no any light or led signal.
Even when I push the button beside the power pin or even the power pin

Is there any indicators on the broad shows that it has been powered or I have used a wrong method to power the board?

Or if the board is abnormal, is there any ways to request an rma?

Im also waiting to hear about my RMA request, my Upcore board is still under warrenty bit it is not performing as expected. Please check your RMA posts.
