GPIO control on Intel Atom UP7000 edge

We need to control GPIO pins on Intel Atom UP7000 edge device. We are using Windows 10 IOT LTSC enterprise OS on the processor. Please share the sample working code (preferably python code), provide us the complete steps of using the code. Also, share us any useful documentation, like GPIO pin diagram etc. We have tried installing UP framework and tried BlinkLED UWP application code and it is not working.
