GPIO Hi-Safe_v2_20170907 c# for communication

I working c# application for GPIO communication .
I have AaeonEAPI.dll and Hi-Safe_v2_20170907. i am getting the error like
' Additional information: An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007000B) ' (EApiLibInitialize error).
Kindly let me know how i can resolve it.
