Windows 10 LTSB on Up Board

We are prototyping with an Up Board running Win10 LTSB.
I have a few questions.
- Will the 40-pin GPIO function? I have seen conflicting details and want to make sure they will work; they're essential to our intended use.
- How do we get sound working outside of the HDMI connection?
- I have several devices still Unknown, even after installing the Hi-Safe and the Win10_64 driver package. I believe they might be IoT Core devices, but am not sure.
- Outside of this Forum (which is community powered, aka free for UP aside from hosting the site) is there any "official" UP support we can engage? Even if it's a paid service?
