UP SQUARED Board not booting

We got UP2 board delivered yesterday, while checking the products we found that one of them seems have issues. Intermittently power supply will not work and we are not able to get boot prompt at all even once on one of UP SQUARED Board. We are looking for some help to resolve the issue.

If your UP board is purchased from Kickstarter, please drop an email to shop@up-board.org ; if your UP board is purchased from UP Shop or any other UP retailer, you may follow the standard RMA procedure.
