USB Camera caused system hang or reboot

Hi,
I have a Up Board and plan to use it for image recognition.
When trying USB camera (USB 2.0 or 3.0 Camera), the system would reboot or hang.
Both USB 2.0 & USB 3.0 OTG ports were tested and the system would still hang or reboot.
We tried both Ubilinux and Ubuntu and still had the same issue.
A USB hub with power supply was also tested and with no luck.
Are there any setting to solve this issue?
Thanks in advanced.

Can you share your camera information? Will it relate to driver support?

I have 3 USB Camera.
- oCam : 5MP USB 3.0 Camera (http://www.hardkernel.com/main/products/prdt_info.php?g_code=G145231889365)
- MD-B5226V-3828 (USB 2.0) (http://www.misumi.com.tw/POT.ASP?P_ID=2021)
- MD-B5014V-3828 (USB 2.0) (http://www.misumi.com.tw/POT.ASP?P_ID=2089)
It was tested with guvcview.
I am not sure whether it is related to device driver since all these camera were tested with Udoo X86, Intel Joule and Odroid.
The OS used at the other board are Ubuntu and they are plug and play without any additional driver.
