I2C - 400Khz and Pullup Resistors

Hi,
I'm using I2C and it is working however it is working at ~160Khz and not 400Khz as set up on BIOS.
I tried to set the frequency with libmraa but it returned MRAA_ERROR_FEATURE_NOT_SUPPORTED. That happens with and without pullup resistors.
