Windows 10 Driver Install Issues

Hi

Please help me about this error:

Device : Up Board 4G/64G

OS: cn_windows_10_enterprise_2016_ltsb_x64_dvd_9060409.iso

BIOS: upc1bm0x_efi 64bit

there are 2 unknown device have no driver after I followed the driver manual from step 1 to 4.

the attached photo is not very clear to me what "devices" are
I would suggest you start with the following steps for check the device name

[li]go to device manger[/li]
[li]click right mouse button on unknown device, and select properties[/li]
[li]click "Events" on dialog manual [/li]
[li]see the device info. in "information" block [/li]
