OK I found it. For others, the steps can just be found when clicking the AM18 Version, AM21 just shows the changes.

Hi dcleri,

I just went to check out the updated instructions you linked to above, only to be met with a '404' page error, and the latest BIOS update version 21 for the UP Squared board does indeed appear to have vanished!

Hopefully it will be restored shortly, or perhaps you are already in the process of uploading the next version, which I understand is not that far away now?
