I haven't used my up-board in a while and originally installed Ubuntu.
i would now like to change it to centos... i'm using the same usb stick but i just cant get it to boot off usb and it keeps defaulting back to the already installed OS.
doesn't matter if i use f7 to select boot device or select it in bios
trying to install to my up-squared as well and i get the same problem
help please

UP board requires UEFI boot support from the OS.
I think the USB you created does not include UEFI boot.
At the moment CentOS support for UEFI doesn't look great but I might be wrong: https://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/UEFI
