eMMC not recognized during Windows 10 installation

I bought two 64 bit Up boards with 2GB RAM and 32GB eMMC. When I try to install Windows 10 IoT Enterprise on both boards I got a screen shown in the attachment where it basically says the eMMC is not recognized. I tried Windows 10 created from the MS official website and got the same result. Does anybody had this experience before? could it be BIOS setting issue or the driver issue for the eMMC? Should I reset the BIOS by removing the battery? I read the posts in the forum and found that sometimes this procedure may help solving the OS installation issue. Also attached are the screen shots for the BIOS and South Bridge as a reference. Is there anything I need to change in the south bridge screen?

Thanks for the reply. The problem is solved. I think the problem is due to the pre-configured eMMC by default. Based on the installation guide,
https://up-community.org/downloads/download/21-microsoft_windows/17-up-x5-z8300-01_a02_windows_10_installation_guide,
I deleted the two drives during the installation step 7 to start the fresh new OS installation. Also, press the F7 key during the power up to enter the windows boot manager. -
Did you change any bios settings or did you use the same settings as in the PDF you posted? I cant get win 10 to work stable on my up core, so im suspecting it has something to do with the bios settings.
