Using Mosquitto (MQTT) library at Up Board

I used Mosquitto (MQTT https://mosquitto.org/) library at Raspberry PI.
It was working well. Then we decided to upgraded to Up Board according to speed requirement.
Then Mosquitto doesn't work. I installed Up board linux kernel 4.2.0-3.
I tested with Mosquitto library 1.4.10 and 1.4.8. Both are not working.
Then I upgraded Up Board OS kernel to 4.4.0-2.6~14.04.1.
But still doesn't work.
What could be required?
