UPBoard and Core drivers for Windows10

Hello, I would appreciate if any admin could answer my questions.

OS: Windows 10 Enterprise 2016 LTSB
UPBoard: UPC-CHT01-A10-0432
BIOS: https://downloads.up-community.org/download/up-board-uefi-bios-upc1dm15/
Drivers: https://downloads.up-community.org/download/microsoft-windows-10-64-bit-drivers/
OTG Port: HostMode
Issue: USB 3.0 working as 2.0

I searched through forum/web/wiki but could not manage to make it work at 3.0. Is there a solution available?

bios v17

CrystalDiskMark test:
c - emmc
d2 - usb3 flash to usb2 port
d3 - usb3 flash to usb3 otg port
Seems to be ok.
Could you privide more details ?
