[solved] UP Suquare USB driver

I have bought UP Suquare board from AAEON. But I cannot start Arduino Creative. Because the Device Manager of my Windows 10 PC cannot show USB COM port of UP Suquare.

Can you tell me how to install UP Suquare USB driver ?

    Step 2: Install USB Drivers

    In this step, you will run two installers to enable USB features between your Intelレジスタードマーク Edison board and your Windows* computer.

    1.Install the Intelレジスタードマーク Edison Board USB Drivers
    Run the standalone driver installer for Windows* to install several USB drivers such as:
    •Composite Device Class (CDC) for programming the board via the Arduino* IDE
    •Remote Network Driver Interface Spec (RNDIS) for Ethernet over USB
    •Device Firmware Upgrade (DFU) for updating firmware on devices

    2.Install FTDI* CDM drivers
    Install serial drivers, available from FTDI Chip*, to allow your computer to communicate with USB serial devices, including the Intelレジスタードマーク Edison board.

    Are you running Windows* 64-bit?
    You will find it more convenient to use the setup tool to install all USB drivers (plus flash firmware) within a single installation wizard. Go to the Windows* 64-bit Getting Started Guide.

    1.Get the latest Windows* Standalone Driver from software.intel.com/iot/hardware/edison/downloads listed under the driver software heading.

    At the time of writing, the latest Windows* Standalone Driver was 1.2.1.

    2.Double-click the downloaded EXE file to launch the installation wizard.

    Step 2: Connect to Arduino Create*

    In this step, you will:
    •Sign up for Arduino Create*
    •Install the Arduino plugin on your host computer
    •Verify your board's connections
    •Upload the Arduino connector to your board
    •Name your board

    Configure the UP2* Board
    1.On your host computer, go to https://create.arduino.cc/getting-started/up2. Then click Login.

    Note: If you don’t already have an Arduino Create account, follow the onscreen instructions to sign up. You'll need to activate your account and log into the site using your new account.

    2.If this is your first time using Arduino Create, you’ll be asked to install the Arduino plugin. Follow the onscreen instructions to install the Arduino plugin.

    Note: If you get an error message saying We are not able to detect the installed plugin, try locating the Arduino Plugin icon in your system tray, right-click, then select Open plugin.

    Verify your board's connection
    1.After installing the plugin, you’ll see a page asking you to double-check that your board is properly connected so the connector can be installed. Verify that it is still powered on and click Next.
    Note: If you've completed Step 1 in this guide, your board is already set.

    Upload the Arduino* connector to your board
    1.You’ll be asked to upload the Arduino Connector to your UP² board. Click Upload.

    2.Wait about 3 minutes for your board to connect to Arduino Create.

    If you find yourself on this "Connecting your board to Arduino Create" screen for than 3 minutes, check your connections (Ethernet, micro USB, power) and try again. If that doesn’t work, try these troubleshooting tips:
    ◦Completely restart your UP² board by removing the power supply and the micro USB cable. Then power it back on. Wait a couple of minutes for it to boot, then try to connect to Arduino Create again.
    ◦If your host computer has Windows*, minimize all windows to make sure you haven’t missed a pop-up message asking you to install a driver.
    ◦Force a "hard refresh" on the Arduino web page. For example, if you’re on Chrome*:
    ◦For Windows, press Ctrl+Shift+R.
    ◦For macOS*, hold Shift and click the Reload button.

    Hi @TatsujiShimokawabe ,

    The USB driver is installed correctly for UPSquared board if your OS is Ubuntu 16 and your kernel is the UP official one.

    Hi @TatsujiShimokawabe ,

    In additional with the supported Ubuntu and kernel 4.15 installation, you would need to set your USB OTG as device mode.
