how to reinstall Ubilinux from bootable USB ?

Hi, guys. I really need your help, everything is messed up with my UP board.
My system is booting in Command line and I am not able to run certain commands wich includes the webcam operations. So, I just want to reinstall/reset my UPboard and want to install fresh copy of the Ubilinux, how to do that using bootable USB ??

Have you looked at https://up-community.org/wiki/Installing_ubilinux ? As far as I can see, that should get you going.
