I am using a UP squared V2 board with windows 10 Pro OS for my Project. I found the device drivers for Serial devices(UART, I2C, SPI) in the up downloads page and have installed those drivers. Now 3 COM ports have appeared but I am unable to communicate using them. Is there anything else I should do to enable the UART?

Hi,

I recently purchased an Up Squared v2 to aid in some peripheral device development for Windows IOT Enterprise. I am trying to enable the Windows rhproxy driver, but I do not see the OS Selection item_ (Boot -> OS Selection: Windows 10 IoT Core) _in the bios referred to in this document:

https://www.annabooks.com/Articles/Articles_IoT10/Windows-10-IoT-UP2-Board-BIOS-RHPROXY-Rev1.6.pdf

I used the up-test2.zip and instructions from @garyw in this post:

https://forum.up-community.org/discussion/comment/12752#Comment_12752

The rhproxy device will not start:

"The device cannot find enough free resources it can use"

There is only one released version of the bios. Is there an alternate bios setting to enable rhproxy for the Up Squared v2 board?

Thanks,
