I am struggling to control the GPIOs of the Up Squared. I tried the MRAA libraries without success (I always get 'Invalid GPIO pin specified' as output). Is MRAA the way to go or is there some other way ? Is any additionnal configuration needed in order to use MRAA ?

I am running ublinux 3.0, and the output of uname -a is

Linux upsquared 4.4.0-ubi4-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 4.4.35-1 (2016-11-29) x86_64 GNU/Linux

I followed the instruction here (https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/intel-optimization-for-tensorflow-installation-guide) for Build TensorFlow from Source with Intel® MKL.
My bazel command for Intel Atom is
bazel build --config=mkl --cxxopt=-D_GLIBCXX_USE_CXX11_ABI=0 --copt=-march=atom --copt=-mtune=atom

But it didn't success.

What is wrong with the installation?
The error is

How do i mount this together?

It seemed not right when i tried, it has been mounted on the 40 pins but are not supported in some kind of way?

And the long spacer sleeves can not be fitted noe which lock the top to the bottom. Please explain where I have done it wrong and how to mount it , step by step

I used DLPDLCR2000EVM module with raspberry pi3 model B+ and it works completely fine. Raspberry Pi and UP board have same 40 pins GPIO. But, I didn't success with DLPDLCR2000EVM + UP board interface!

Here, Raspberry Pi has DPI configuration with its GPIO pins.

1) Does UP board has DPI interface within its GPIO pins?

2) Is there, any other way to get parallel display interface with UP board GPIO ?

3) How to connect UP board with DLPDLCR2000EVM? Where, DLP2000EVM module has parallel video interface!

We were not able to establish a connection between the Arduino Create and your UP2 Board.
Make sure:
your Board is correctly connected to your computer
your Board is correctly connected to internet (the Ethernet LED is blinking)
you have filled out the Proxy Settings if your device is behind Proxy, set up available on the Connector Upload page.

But I checked everything, there is no proxy.
and the debug console on Arduino create agent always log:

However, I do not have this issue if I connect the 10" Display kit.

On the Kernel logs, I can see that Linux is complaining that EDID checksum is invalid.
