Battery/ Powerbank for UP²

Hello,
I recently got an UP² and I would like to use it on a drone, meaning that I need a headless/lightweight setup.

My first attempt to power the board with a powerbank didn't work, it keeps booting because I guess the power is not high enough for the board. I used this battery:

and a usb-a to jack adapter :

Right now, I am considering buying a new power bank, but I haven't found so far a suitable one.
Additionally, I read that a powerbank is made for batteries and not board, thus it could damage it if the current or voltage reach a certain level.
Another question is whether the adapter cable can handle enough current.

I would be glad if someone already managed to use such board on a drone and share his solution.
